Optoelectronic properties of epitaxial oxide heterostructures on Silicon
This topic focuses on the optoelectronic properties of functional oxide heterostructures on silicon substrates. Our team is currently developing three main scientific projects:
1. Novel photodetectors based on epitaxial functional oxide thin films on silicon.
2. The development of radiative environmental sensors.
3. The exploration of functional oxides epitaxially grown on silicon as a new platform for manufacturing high-performance and sustainable transistors. We are engaged in modeling and electrical characterization of these components, as well as interpreting the transport mechanisms of the new transistors.
